All credit card orders must be shipped to the customer's billing address unless we receive written authorization from the cardholder to ship to an alternative address.
Fax Orders: Fax orders are received 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 561-795-1731. Be sure to include your credit card number, complete name as it appears on the card, expiration date, billing and shipping address and a daytime phone number where we can contact you.
Internet Orders: Order online with confidence through our secure server. Online orders are received 24 hours a day, 7 days a week . Simply select the products you wish to receive and then follow the step-by-step directions. Special Note About Orders Shipped Outside of the United States:Polo Gear does not ship to all countries. In addition, we may request a photo copy of the front and back of your credit card, a photo copy of your drivers license, your billing address and a letter of authorization to charge the credit card provided.
All payment must be in US funds. Please confirm order prices and shipping and insurance costs by phone. Then pay by credit card, check, bank draft, money order or cashiers check. Allow time for personal checks to clear before shipment.
Normal Service: Polo Gear ships all orders by UPS Ground Service. This guarantees you speedy delivery anywhere in the continental United States or the world. Polo Gear and UPS have entered into a strategic alliance to ship all our domestic and international packages. All domestic packages are sent UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Overnight, 2 day, 3-Day and Saturday delivery is available at extra charge. Coming soon, all shipments may be tracked via UPS for immediate information as the location and status of your shipment. Remember UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All shipments are fully insured.
Rush Service: Expedite UPS 1, 2 and 3 day service is available at an extra charge. All shipments are fully insured.
Foreign Orders & Shipments:Polo Gear ships daily around the globe. All foreign shipments are sent UPS international express. This insures guaranteed 2-3 day delivery to most locations throughout the world. Under our special agreement with UPS almost all international destinations are billed at 50% of the the UPS listed shipping prices. These savings are passed directly to our customers. At the time of purchase shipping charges will be billed with the merchandise purchase. Local taxes and duties are collected at time of delivery. Allow adequate time for custom orders. This will vary by product. All custom orders require a 50% deposit with order and the balance upon completion. Custom and personalized merchandise is non-returnable. All sizes, spelling and details should be checked and confirmed in writing at the time of order.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All merchandise returned for refund or exchange should:
- Be shipped in a secure carton adequately taped and bound
- Must include a copy of the original invoice and letter explaining the problem and instructions as to how you would like us to correct it. Please be sure to include you complete address and daytime phone number.
- All shipments must be sent prepaid and insured. Exchanges shall be shipped with postage prepaid.
