All merchandise returned for refund or exchange should

1) Be shipped in a secure carton adequately taped and bound

2) Must include a copy of the original invoice and letter explaining the problem and instructions as to how you would like us to correct it. Please be sure to include you complete address and daytime phone number.

3) All shipments must be sent prepaid and insured. Exchanges shall be shipped with postage prepaid.
