Packages may be shipped surface (ground) to the US and Canada, or by Next Business Day and Third Business Day in the US, or International Priority to Canada and the rest of the world. $6.00 is added to Third Business Day to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. $10.00 is added to Next Business Day to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

Rush Service: Expedite UPS Next Business Day and Third Business Day Service are available. All shipments are fully insured.

Foreign Shipments: Polo Gear ships daily around the globe. All foreign shipments are sent UPS international express. This insures guaranteed and insured 4-6 day delivery to most locations throughout the world. Under our special agreement with UPS almost all international destinations are billed at 50% of the the UPS listed shipping prices. These savings are passed directly to our customers. At the time of purchase shipping charges will be billed with the merchandise purchase. Local taxes and duties are collected at time of delivery. Remember UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All shipments are fully insured.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Allow adequate time for custom orders. This will vary by product. All custom orders require a 50% deposit with order and the balance upon completion. Custom and personalized merchandise is non-returnable. All sizes, spelling and details should be checked and confirmed in writing at the time of order.
